By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website or official communication channels.

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment and confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to reject any booking at our discretion.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance for a partial refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour.

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 working days.

Tour Modifications

  • In case of weather disruptions or safety concerns, routes or schedules may be modified.

  • We aim to inform all riders of any changes as early as possible.

Rider Responsibility

  • Participants must follow safety instructions from our guides at all times.

  • Valid government ID and a motorcycle license (if self-riding) are mandatory.

  • Alcohol or substance use during the ride is strictly prohibited.

Equipment & Damages

  • Riders are responsible for any damages caused to rented motorcycles due to negligence or misuse.

  • Safety gear is provided, but use is the rider’s responsibility.

Liability

  • Shishu Rides is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the ride.

  • Riders join at their own risk and must be physically fit for high-altitude travel.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Shishu Rides and cannot be reused without permission.

Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of any revisions.
